Movie Night - Pinga-Fogo

Join us on Saturday, May 5, at 6:30 p.m. to watch the second hour of Chico Xavier’s historic appearance on Brazil's nationally televised program "Pinga-Fogo," (1971) with English subtitles.

The thought-provoking interviews on Pinga-Fogo —loosely translated as "In the line of Fire"— shows the spiritist medium Francisco Xavier answering a wide range of questions from news reporters and intellectuals on topics like mass casualties, communication with departed relatives, the moment of one's death, plastic surgery, and cremation, among others. We will have an open discussion to highlight the spiritist teachings covered.

Popcorn and light refreshments will be served. Suggested donation of $10. There is no need to bring anything other than your lovely selves.
